skEdit (formerly skHTML) is a complete HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, Python, ASP, and ColdFusion editor.

Features include an integrated Site View to easily edit an entire site of files, syntax highlighting for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, ASP, Perl, Python, and ColdFusion, code hinting for HTML, CSS, ColdFusion, FTP access to upload/download/sync files (may not work for everyone), Tidy integration to validate and clean files, autocompletion of end tags, customizable line break type (Mac, Unix, DOS), powerful search and replace on single and multiple files with support regular expressions, auto-save, snippets to store frequently used sections of text, text-to-HTML conversion that replaces special characters with their HTML value, line-numbering, and RGB-Hex converter with a color blender, free upgrades after initial purchase, and more.

v3.3 includes a complete rewrite of the code base, making the application snappier and more stable. Many new editing features, including bracket highlighting, line/column indication, configurable text and background colors, and more. New icon set. Better HIG compliance. Improved Snippets. Progress indicators for multi-file search/replace and HTML Tidy operations. The Site View now watches the file-system and keeps itself up-to-date. You can also now rename files in the Site View. Site configuration data is saved. Improved and streamlined file creation.
