File & folder permissions editor and batch editor, and file browser.
-Some of those... subliminal messages have been removed.
-A version checking system has been built. You should be aware that this system will not work for beta versions unless I decide this functionality is necessary. Please keep an eye on VersionTracker and Finikin.com for updates to beta versions. This system works with the major version number (all 2.5 betas have a major version number of 2.5.0), but may later be changed to use the build number (i.e. 21193). I haven't yet made up my mind. This feature can be found under the "Modifier" application menu. In this build, it should simply report to you either that no new version is available, or that you are not connected to the Internet.
-Dock menu has been updated to reflect that we have browser info windows and batch info windows.
-Fixed that weird bug where the menu bar would sometimes be drawn with extra menus and items, and all out of order. My dynamically built menus are now a little less dynamic. :-D Also related to the menus is that the File menu has been reorganized, because I couldn't stand to look at Open Recent in such an illogical place anymore.
-The icon has been touched up a little. It started its life as a 512x512 image, and was originally scaled down without antialiasing. It is now antialiased, and looks much smoother.
-Since PB1, the custom attributes copier should work much more effectively. You may wish to use this on some test files until documentation is written for it. An important note is that ALL of the attributes in the window will be copied to enclosed items, whether or not you change them. There is one minor issue that remains in the custom attribute copier, but it is not something that is being used, currently, and will therefore be overlooked until 2.5.1, at least, when I intend to make use of it.
-Changes made in info windows now are reflected immediately in the Finder.
-The batch info window has been started. See its problems below. The multiple info window does NOT yet have the potential to do damage to your system, so have fun. :-)
-The file browser has been started. See its problems below. The browsers does NOT yet have the potential to do damage to your system either, so have even MORE fun. :-D
