Download: 1.3Mb Disk Image

CodeTek VirtualDesktop extends Mac OS X to behave as if it has up to 100 seperate monitors attached to it. CodeTek VirtualDesktop greatly increases your available deskspace and allows you to use a different desktop for different parts of your workflow! Using the virtual desktop pager GUI, you can switch between your different virtual desktops and even drag windows around between them.

CodeTek VirtualDesktop includes:

* A Virtual Desktop Pager GUI which shows the layout of all of your windows on every active desktop
* Windows may be dragged between virtual desktops
* Skinnable pager interface
* Highly customizable feature set
* Hotkey access to switching/jumping to desktops, hiding/showing pager, preferences and exiting CodeTek VirtualDesktop

* Ability to drag windows between desktops on screen
* Update button has been added to preferences
* Desktop name is displayed inside the GUI and the window is highlighted when the mouse hovers over it
* User has the option to have CodeTek VirtualDesktop automatically jump to the topmost window. This allows a click on an application or window inside the Dock to cause the desktop to change to where that window is running
* The desktop change popup information now has a preference to determine how fast it fades away
* Pager refresh rate can now be customized. Setting the refresh rate lower than default may reduce the CPU usage of CodeTek VirtualDesktop
* New default skin that takes up less room on the desktop
* Menubar icon now appears in the upper right hand corner for VirtualDesktop that allows switching between desktops, as well as accessing preferences, showing and hiding the GUI, and quitting the application

* Desktop updating code has been optimized
* Improved synchronization of preferences so they are not lost
* MaxMenus added as a default sticky application
* Power point slide shows now work properly
* Improved HotKey's performance so that they do not get stuck when moving between desktops
* Ability to set HotKeys by double clicking them in preferences
* Windows no longer suffer from title bar corruption when moved around inside the GUI
* Pager now displays properly when started in "thousands of colors" (16-Bit color)
