unlockAll is a tool to help manage locked files. With it, you can unlock entire folders or the contents of the Trash. Preview which file are locked and which are unlocked in the File List. View total number of files, total locked, total unlocked and copy this info to the Clipboard. Avoid Finder warnings with the new 'Empty Trash' feature for easy Trash clean up. Use the Error Log to view a detailed report when errors do occur. System Administrators can now use unlockAll to manage locked files for other users or for trouble-shooting and system analysis.

Featured Features:

  • Select a folder from a standard Open Panel or type its path name.
  • Select the Trash to operate on. By default, all volumes are searched for Trashed files.
  • Empty the Trash to avoid some Finder warnings and errors.
  • Displays total number of files, total number of locked files and total number of unlocked files.
  • Shows a list of all the files in the selected folder with locked/unlocked indicator.
  • System Administrators can Authenticate to enable the Username field to manage any users Trash.
  • Administrators can also lock/unlock and Empty Trash with Administrator Privileges
